Q. How can I install apps when my Android phone/tablet/device doesn't have access to the Google Play store?

A. You can still "sideload" apps.

1. Enable: Allow unsigned apps.
This is in the Security section of Settings

2. Download apps (they have an .apk extension) and click on them.
You can get apk's from your friends or various websites.
	http://apkfiles.com seems to be legit.
