Q. Why I am getting this error: [authz_core:error] ... AH01630: client denied by server configuration: /usr/share/squirrelmail/

A. If you have an Alias directive or a symlink that goes outside the
main DocumentRoot you need to allow access to there. With Apache 2.4+
the syntax is:

<Directory /usr/share/squirrelmail> Require all granted </Directory>
If found this info on the Apache man page for Alias. http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.4/mod/mod_alias.html#alias
