A.  The mobile operators certainly make it hard to compare.

I have no idea how they got all the data!

One issue is that your usage patterns may change or maybe hard to
predict.  Maybe you'll make lots of long distance calls with somebody
is away for the summer, for example.

Unfortunately, data plans are not included.
