Q.  Where is the native VNC server for Gnome?

A.  Its called "vino".

To install it use the GUI or on the command line:

dnf install vino
Then you can access the settings in
Internet > Desktop Sharing
Now users on other computers can VNC in to your Gnome desktop. (Vinagre is a VNC client.)
