Date: 2015feb11 OS: Windows 8.1 Q. How can I lock my computer after a few minutes of inactivity? A. The trick to doing this is enabling a screensaver. When you pick the screensaver you can select the number of minutes and if a password is required to unlock. There are tips online suggesting this is under power settings but I didn't see it there.
