1. Change the settings on your router to forward to the port.
2. If your IP-address changed use a server to iron that out.

1. To forward a port you need to know how to login to your
router as administrator and the port number of your server.
On a Linksys WRT router this is under "Applications and Gaming".

2. If your ISP give an IP-address that changes - dynamic IP-address -
you can use http://dyndns.org or http://no-ip.com or other services
to sort this out. Access your computer by domain name - not IP-address.
