720 x 480 30fps

This doesn't capture the full resolution of GoPro mode 4 but it works. To export:

Window > Share On that page, select Computer (Export files for viewing on computers) Then select QuickTime Make sure the QuickTime settings are 720x480 at 29.97 fps

Exporting to some other formats didn't work for me. (File > Export is always grayed out!)
