Press Windows-I to get into the "Settings" Click on "Change PC settings" at the bottom Click on PersonalIZE Click on Lock screen Its pretty obvious from there.

A. There is a "PersonalizATION" area in the desktop control panel
that does not have a place to change this screen. Its only available
in the "personalIZE" section of the app-style "PC settings".
